Jake is a personal chef in Portland, OR who prepares and delivers Paleo meals. This video was shot in Jake’s “Kitchen Studio” using his Galaxy Note 4. I brought in two simple lights (one umbrella light and one spotlight bounced off the ceiling and a lavalier microphone that attached to Jake’s phone. After one lesson, Jake was able to create a weekly video series sharing his menu for the week with his customers (and potential customers.)
